Cooking classes

If you would like to learn how to cook basic but nutritious meals for yourself or your family in the comfort of your own home, please get in touch. The lessons focus on good, fresh, additive free cooking and are designed to provide you with the basic skills and techniques to create a feast on a budget.

Private class (1-2 people)

Learn to cook 3 dishes from a variety of themes or tailor a cooking lesson according to your needs and dietary requirements. Available in Sydney, NSW metro area.

Inclusions:

  • Groceries.
  • Lots of tips to help you out in the kitchen.
  • A cooked meal to enjoy with family.
  • Recipe cards to keep.

$149 includes tuition for up to 2 people and a meal for 2.

Duration: approx 3 hours.

Healthy choices supermarket class

This supermarket grocery shop class is designed for both novice and more experienced cooks. If you want to make healthier choices when shopping for your groceries, avoiding additives, preservatives and other nasties, join me on this hands on supermarket ‘shop’. Additive free shopping doesn’t have to be hard or expensive – I will show you how to get it right on a budget.

Inclusions:

  • Pre shop questionnaire assessing your likes, dislikes and needs
  • Handy shopping tips card
  • Healthy shopping tips card

$45 per person, or $75 for 2 people

  1. Oh wow, I had NO idea you were embarking on cooking classes. If it was on a weekend I’d be really keen to come along. We need all the help we can get at my house…I burnt myself using the toaster today (really)!
