Anathoth jams and pickles
Anathoth’s success has been based on authentic home-made style recipes using New Zealand fruit and small-batch production and Barker’s will continue to make Anathoth jams and pickles in this traditional way. In 1997, The Natural Confectionery Co. got busy adding more and more delicious flavours and characters to the range including sweet, sour and soft varieties. Pukara Estate Guava Vinegar
The Estate produces distinctive, sophisticated and flavoursome Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars of the highest quality. This exotic vinegar adds a tropical touch to any meal. The challenge was to make “gluten free and allergy free” taste better, be more satisfying, and easier to make, than the big name, wheat-based brands. And with our first product – the Choc Mud Cake Mix – we did it. After all, why should we compromise on taste and quality because of special diet requirements. A whole range of delicious products is now available, from customisable cake mixes to moist and dense breads.
